Factory Reset Help ‎2013-09-13 01:10 PM Hello, I’m new to this so please bear with me……..I have been trying to update the firmware on my ReadyNAS Duo V2 from 5.3.7 to 5.3.8. I have tried to update it using the Dashboard but this did not work, so I tried to download the file and do it locally…..this did not work 😡 So I tried to use another computer….same process dashboard and then local but this didn’t work either. So finally I brought it to work with me and tried it on our network here. In all in
