Creating user IDs and passwords for the Nagios Core web interface

- Add Nagios user:
htpasswd /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users joe_user
- update passwd:

htpasswd /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users joe_user
- delete user:

htpasswd -D /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users joe_user
