On the S24 I can see the raw and jpeg with the same details. The only thing I can say is that sharpening applied to jpeg might make the raw pictures look blurry, but that’s only a difference in post processing and I already noticed with my Nikon that Lightroom seem to apply a default sharpening to all raw files. So, maybe you think they are blurry but in fact is the jpeg that is filtered and sharpened.
